Something I've noticed for a long time now is that, of the "good" or popular stories on the site, a lot of them try and use tried and tried again writing techniques to add profundity to their writing. It's always something like, say, a character going "right?" at the end of a thought they had, or when prose stops a paragraph, then in the next one uses a really short line like "I wish I was at home right now.".

I was working on writing, and then I got a notice about my OSAP funding (Ontario Student Assistance Program). Long story short, I'm going to have to do a lot of writing of the form kind to try and get some funding for university—as it is, things aren't looking too good since it's so late, and it's entirely possible that interest-free funding might not come or it might come in a small piece of what I have to pay.
