Angel Grace here. During my research into other worlds and magical control, I came across this! I'm afraid I don't have much context, so I'm posting it up here, seperate from my notebook. If someone knows what it means or has more information, I hope it helps!

It's...kinda weird, though. The name of this pony. Probably a coincidence.

Swirly Toes is a unicorn with a special talent: she's very good at hypnosis. That is to say, a certain kind of hypnosis, befitting a mare of her particular tastes. A certain kind of hypnosis that allows to fully enjoy her personal love, while spreading the joy of that love to the uninitiated.

In short, Swirly Toes has hypnotic feet.

Her goal is simple and wonderful: she wants all of Equestria to join her in barefooted bliss! Can Twilight and her friends stop her, or will she free the ponies from the tyranny of shoes?

Twice, Chrysalis has failed to take over Equestria, foiled by the student of Princess Celestia, the now Princess Twilight Sparkle. Such a powerful force can not possibly be overcome, she decides. So, why not make use of the Alicorns abilities. Chrysalis is confident she can convince Twilight Sparkle to join the Changeling hive...

Celestia believed that by banishing Nightmare Moon to the moon, she had removed the threat once and for all. She was wrong. Nightmare Moons influence lingered in Equestria, and the seeds of a new order were sown.

Over one thousand years later, those seeds have begun to sprout, as unwitting ponies realized they've been offered something they've sorely missed in their lives.

Vinyl Scratch is fast becoming one of the more popular musicians on the scene. Finding this odd, the Royal Guard sends Angel Grace to investigate the unicorn and determine if she is using hypnosis to boost her popularity. She was prepared for nearly anything, but the truth behind the DJs rise to fame turns out to be more surprising than she thought.

This was initially a quickie I wrote for fun, but it turned out better than I thought it would. It's still unedited, so I may come back some time and clean it up a bit more.
