I am enrolled in a creative writing class this semester, and, with the first season of a secret project I'm working on mostly completed, I've gotten my will to write back. So work on Sparkle No More is continuing, as well as the other secret project I'm working on that is fic related.

The Sparkle No More rewrite is coming along nicely, but I'm afraid for now it's on hold. I have every intention of finishing the story, I promise, but for now, that writing is on hold, as I currently have another project that has piqued my interest. It's a collab with someone, but I'm keeping the details secret for now.

Just figured I'd let you all know what's going on.

I've tagged my other stories as well so people who liked those can know what's going on for a future project of mine.

I've had no desire to write at all. I've been brainstorming some stuff, but overall, I'm feeling a little overwhelmed by that task I'm trying to take on. I literally have made zero revisions on Sparkle No More since my last entry.

Okay, I really hate doing to this to you all, I really do. I hate myself for doing this as well, but as of right now, I am unhappy with some of the events in chapter 1. I'm partly thinking of completely rewriting it. The concept of the story will remain the same, though.

Rejected, again.

I had the different prereader tell me that my Sparkle No More needs a lot of work in terms of showing vs telling, as well as more descriptions of scenery and emotions and such. So I'll probably be revamping chapters 1 and 2 in the future, but will leave them up this time instead of taking them down. I'm almost thinking, at this point, I should try rewriting the chapters.

Just so you know, chapter 1 has been updated with easier flow and chapter 2 has received a MAJOR update, with 5 new pages of content added from the previous version. Hey all! Thank you all so much for favorite Sparkle No More when I first re-released it after months of reworking it, especially after chapter 2. But chapter 2 will be receiving a huge update. I've added about 5 pages of new content in that chapter alone. Now, the outcome of the battle is no different, so don't expect anything there, but yeah. I'll be re-releasing chapter 2 in the very near future. Keep an eye out for it.

So, for those following Sparkle No More, chapter 1 is currently being updated. I split it into two chapters, one with the fight scene, and the other with the death scene, but chapter 2 isn't fully completed yet, so enjoy chapter one once it's uploaded!
