An innocent and naive half-breed is born into a world he doesn't belong in. Hidden away and cared for by his mother, the kindness and compassion in his heart grows, as does the longing for the world beyond his reach. But the world he longs for isn't such a nice place. It is far more cruel than he knows. Little more than a child looking for a friend, he must come to terms with the harsh realities of a world that both hates and fears him. Can he hold onto his innocence and compassion, or will reality harden his heart? Who knows, he has to survive this unforgiving world long enough to find out first.

For too long she has watched as the war has slowly drained Equestria's citizens of their hope and joy, and she cannot sit by any longer. It's time for Pinkie to stand up and fight, to save the hearts and hopes of the people before they are gone forever, even if she has to do it alone.

Myths and legends have always drawn us in with their mysterious allure. The high born elven ponies, the sturdy dwarven ponies, nimble-winged fairy folk, mighty troll kind, delicate fey creatures, the list can go on forever. Each appeal to us in their own way, especially if you research them for a living like Lore Seeker does. But what happens when your life-long search bares fruit? What happens when those legends come alive? Worse, what do you do when they pull you into the middle of a bloody conflict that has spanned millenia?!

Would you stay to delve deeper into their world, or would you run from truths too horrible to believe? Would you fight for strangers who want only for peace, or would you run to save your own kind? Would you live on only for yourself, or would you die for new friends?

Your answers matter not, for words are empty. Only actions can speak our true hearts, and it is only in our darkest moments that we discover who we really are. So who will you be? Observer, or savior? Warrior, or coward? Footnote, or legend? Only time knows for certain, but that time, is now.

Shadows stir in the north, and an ancient darkness awakens. Far away in Ponyville, what starts as a simple, childish act of spite, puts the entire world in danger. On Hearth's Warming Eve Luna and Celestia discover a disturbing turn of events. The darkness is coming, and the only thing that can stop it is the crystal box. Twilight has left it with Rarity however, and unfortunately for everyone, Sweetie Belle has sold it. Now Rarity must race to find the box and the princesses must race to save the world, while Sweetie Belle simply prays she isn't grounded for life.
