After finding out her majesty's busy schedule will only allow her to stay just a little after Sunset's shift ends, Sunset asks Twilight to wait for her at her favorite coffee shop: the Sunlight Café.

Hearth's Warming Break in Ponyville is over, so it's time for class again. Cheerilee doesn't mind though. She loves to hear her students' holiday stories. But when one story involves her maybe-coltfriend being with another mare, she decides to go to Sweet Apple Acres and ask Big Macintosh what happened.

This year, the ponies decide to play Secret Hearth's Warming. Everything is all fine and dandy, but when Sweetie Belle draws Spike's name, her friends keep bothering to finally tell him how she feels.
