An attack on Ponyville made by an insane madpony triggers a series of events that sends stand user Twilight Sparkle on a bizarre adventure all across Equestria in persuit of the derranged unicorn that laid waste to her hometown. I'm curious, will this include stands and characters from the actual thing? And if so, whih part would it be?
Cool idea.
Although I wouldn't mind seeing some iconic Stands for the simple love of the show (for instance RD having Weather Report), I would be overjoyed to see some original Stands taking the stage.
I actually created a number of them for a story I had been thinking of, the setting being if Giorno had appeared at Cape Canaveral and kicked Pucci's ass, then followed Jolyene and Anasui's kid.
Stand Out: a Stand of memories that belongs to JoJo. Created from a shared desire to never be forgotten. At first he believes that it only grants him perfect recall, a certain aura that makes others notice him and possessing above average strength he later comes to realize that it makes (true)memories that he possesses as well as memories others have of him "indestructible". This manifests in a number of ways from making a psychic photo of his stand stronger than diamonds to giving others "a beating they'll never forget" to revealing fake/implanted memories that naturally fade over time (a disturbing experience for him) to accessing the memories of his direct ancestors ala Atmos, etc.
New World Symphony: a Stand of corrupted memories that belongs to the main antagonist and Dio's grandson. Created after a chance encounter with his destined nemesis while they were children and a promise to never forget one another. NWS has the power to erase, edit and implant memories of anyone he comes into physical contact with, though he can only use it on a limited number of people per day. His dream is to create a world where he will never be forgotten even if it means that he is remembered as a tyrant. Has a strange kinship with JoJo because of their similar desires.
Jack Black: belonging to a deformed man that is feared and shunned as evil for his appearance but is in truth a gentle giant who only wants to be left alone. Jack Black would appear as a massive black curtain attached to a crying maniquin's head... if you could see it, Jack Black hiding itself and anything covered by it in the blind spot of all who look at it. The "curtain" can also extend like tendrils to attack at a distance, but the user is normally to timid to use it in such a way. Partnered with Queen of Hearts.
Queen of Hearts: belonging to an apparent divaish, beauty queen, Queen of Hearts manifest as seeds that appear in the user's hands, these seeds when applied to a surface will rapidly grow into thorny astral vines. When applied to a living being Queen of Hearts can exert a high level of control over the individual with even strong willed individuals unable to resist her mental commands. Partnered with Jack Black.
King Diamond: a sword and sheath that rather than cutting what it hits, coats it in a hard crystaline substance. Hitting the crystal with the sheath shatters it. Fights by immoblizing his targets then coating their airways at his liesure. The user can also create armor on his own body for extra protection. Partnered with Ace of Spades.
Ace of Spades: the Stand of a two-timing card shark, appears as a humanoid stand with the image of a black spade on each palm. Ace of Spades can form a spade shaped blade in each hand that it can then throw on an unfaltering, predetermined path that it will never diverge from no matter what lies in its way (this path is decided when thrown). Partnered with King Diamond.
The Pixies: (thought up by a friend of mine) a Stand consisting of several tiny bodies resembling, well, pixies. The Pixies alters the "fate" of a person or object so that it is destined to meet with another individual or place, but requires either line of sight or a significant possession (such as a lock of hair, a broken off piece of the object or something created by the individual) of both parties to work.
(Culminating in the unexpected twist of my story, Dio's grandson having broken into the Speedwagon Foundation which every one writes off at first, I mean the only dangerous stuff there was the remnants of the Stone Masks (long since destroyed) and a Stone Arrow (which is kept in a secure area that only Jotaro could access). This proves to be far more disasterous than they know when The Pixies is used on a fragmant of the Stone Mask to summon Kars from space for the final battle (Dio's grandson planning to turn him into his obedient slave that would subjugate the world into serving him).
Perhaps I will include some of the iconic stands, but I'll try to have a lot of original ideas as well so that that we have some variation in them. I also like all of those stands you created, Lawless. Very creative!
I'm curious if you'll give your Stands a... theme...? like the seasons of JoJo sort of do.
Like part 3 where most Stands were very combative in nature (I punch you! I burn you! I stab you! I eat your flesh to make a shield! I crush you with my car/ship! Etc.).
Part 4 with it's more abstract abilities (Restoring something to a previous state. Erasing things/distance. Turning sound effects into actual effects ("Boom!" sends you flying, "Sizzle" sets you on fire, "Boing!" makes an object bouncy, etc.). Making people beautiful/ugly to teach lessons. Making food super healthy. Tell anyone my secret and they die. Etc.)
Part 7 with its internal Stands (I shoot fingernails. I slide along ropes. I spray my flesh at you. I am INVINCIBLE... so long as I maintain this pose... I'm Raptor Jesus!)
I like the Vento Aureo stands the most. If anything, I'll theme the stands in the same vein as Vento Aureo if I can. And sorry the next part is taking so long; I just can't seem to nail the opening correctly and I've rewritten it at least ten times
So Stands that have direct effects/control over things? I put zippers on things. I bring things to life. I redirect bullets. I deflate things. I control kinetic vectors. I control magnetism. I freeze things. I age people. I shrink people. I make things soft/rubbery. Etc.
And it's cool. I'm just psyched to finally find someone else who appreciates the badassary that is JoJo.
(And finally Part 6 having a number of Stands that controlled natural forces. Weather. Gravity/Time. The "memories of the Earth". Rods (those weird things that flew around and ate heat). Feng Shui. Meteors.
And I suppose Morphism is also a big theme in it's own right: Stone Free's unravelling, Foo Fighter's limited shapeshifting, Kiss's ability to double objects (even if they're still connected), Diver Down's altering abilities, Bohemian Rhapsody turning you into your favorite fictional character, the Green Baby's Stand which shrunk you unendingly. Heavy Weather... yeah...)

Also have you already decided on what Stands the Mane 6 will have or is it a WIP?

Is the stand Nice Sprite and Scary Monster named after the song Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites by Skrillex? How does the stand Another World look like? Also, are you gonna add the bow and arrow in your story?

And Another World doesn't actually have a physical form, and is instead the entire pocket dimension, much like Burning Down The House. How the inside of the dimension looks will be revealed later. As for your last question, remember that the Arrows were originally created from a celestial object that struck the Earth in the distant past. I think you can deduce what that means

4340668 In JJBA the arrows were made from a mysterious meteorite. The arrows' counterpart in the new continuity of SBR and JoJolion instead crashed somewhere in western America creating the nomadic desert known as the Devil's Palm (and perhaps are the cause of the Wall Eyes in Morioh too), giving Stands with no piercing required.
Likely when the comet from the first chapter broke up in Equestria's atmosphere, clouds of dust and fragments scattered across the land and sought out future Stand users on their own. Or maybe it released some form of Fate churning energy that activated their own hidden potential, like how the Joestars gained their Stands in response to Dio obtaining The World.
Alternatively they might have indeed been cut by the fragments of the meteorite but, as shown with the arrows, would have almost immediately healed from the wound. This is done so quickly that most may not have even noticed the wound itself and may have brushed it off as a beesting or a phantom pain.

And yes, DIO posses a stand named Scary Monsters in Steel Ball Run, but turns people into dinosaurs. This Scary Monster is more of a play on the title of a certain dubstep song.

Stands that control time were a thing as soon as part three in the manga of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.... DIO's Stand The World allowed him to stop time and Jotaro Kujo's Stand, Star Platinum, thanks to what i like to think of as a loophole in Stand power assignment, was able to learn it because they were the exact same type of Stand.
