Well I thought I'd refresh it anyway, just in case I wasn't first to comment. Since I always give 5 stars when I like something, this new rating system works just fine for me. Thumbs(hooves?) up Wave, good luck at the Doctor's. I hope it's nothing he can't cure.

I have to admit, it was shaky at the first chapter, but you seem to have jumped to your hooves with this story. Nice recovery. Very well done. I'm an honest person so if there was a rating system is give you a 3.5 trust me that's a solid score. Didn't really see any mistakes, however, I have noticed that the story isnt really going with the idea that the story title gives. Lonely pony. Honestly I thought it would be about somepony that struggled to find a friend. Seeing that the pony has already made friends, he is no longer lonely. This makes the meaning behind the title completely void. Don't take this critic as a bad thing. I'm simply trying to make your story better without destroying your ideas of the story. I'm the guy that reminds you of the basics to story-writing. Overall, good solid job, the plot doesn't contradict itself, spelling is good, and good characters. So overall, a good story.
