You had a lot of issues in your description. Here. I fixed most of it. There is one spot that you should reword but otherwise it's better with this.
All characters are humans.
Life could be harder for the Lulamoon family, now the final year of high school is here and they are whisked away to Ponyville accompanying them is one Twilight Sparkle and her adopted brother spike. Each with their own Agenda and goals in life.
Selene Lulamoon a secretive mom who keeps her guard up around those that around her, never letting anyone but her family close to her. Emotional scars wreak havoc on her mentally as she tries to move past the mistakes she made, and counts the blessings she has. Will she be able to gather the courage to face the demons she so rightfully hates but fears or cower under servitude like she did for 10 long years?
Trixie a lesbian who has yet to reveal it to the world, her family's acceptance was one weight lifted off of her shoulder, now the final year of high school approaches and her heart is set a flutter by two girls who have her interests at heart. Who does she choose to trust and why does she feel the only safe place is in her new place called home.
Crescent was never destined to follow in his father's foot steps and he was fine with it as he never wanted to be like him anyways. His Grandfather, a great inspiration in life and what seems to be the right career path, only for it to halt as he meets a girl that catches his eye.(<-reword this part. I.E. the grandfather line.) Can he choose his career over the girl of his dreams like his father, defy everything just to be with this girl or will he get lucky and find a way to salvage both?
The story comes here and gets more chapters and first dibs on the upcoming story. I'm accepting male OC's here so please comment.

2158417 You know I'm sure that this you won't be the last person that will comment on this particular subject, but I'd like to say it would look really wrong if she was adoptive moother of spike especiially at her age. She's 17 in this story so it was easier to find a nice medium instead.

Celestia raised Spike, so if Spike considers anyone his mother, which he might not as it is possible he spent a lot of time with a lot of different important ponies when he was brought up. it would be her. The Twi being his mom angle has brought about some amazing stuff, but it jsut isn't the relationship we really see displayed. Brother and sister are much more fitting, in my opinion.
2170890 That's what I'm trying to convey. I love the little dragon, but I can't make Twilight his adopted son when they are only three years apart, so I went fo ra happy medium instead. I'm glad you understand this.
Okay, already spotted a error here. In the description from the first paragraphs it says Spike is fourteen, but he says he's sixteen when talking about himself. Also, it's sum, as in the total, not some, as in a few.
