Tis very good. I think the Dash section could be cleaned up a bit, and the ending made softer rather and quite so abrupt.

Otherwise, superb.

You know I actually thought it was Twilight doing the remembering not Trixie. That caught me off guard but it also makes sense as well with how it begins. Knowing that, what did trixie end up doing?

I think you actually should have left the identity of the mare doing the remembering a mystery sort of let the reader guess who it is.
