I remember first discovering the reason that Daniel took the Amnesia potion. The themes of redemption and dark pasts are over-used in video games, but to Daniel... He needed redemption, and in the land of Equestria, he can find peace.
It would be interesting to see him write a journal of his time in Equestria. You have already shown the ability to match his writing style and vocabulary with ease.

1940628 Also, I like that idea. There will probably be a sequel, and might be in the form of a journal. The only thing about that is it limits what you can write about. I'm pretty sure that no matter who you are, you can't remember every word an event that happened in the past day. Notes or letters written will definately be included, but the sequel as a whole will probably be in third person.
