A Futuristic Earth, with Warp Technology meets a Futuristic Equestria that has started to form a Warp fleet of their own. The meeting does not go so well, and war ensues from the incident. The Elements of Harmony are useless against the humans as they wish for harmony as well, and so the Elements, the Mane 6 join the Equestrian Starfleet. Raising quickly through the ranks... Twelve years later, two captains from opposite sides of the war meet, on a neutral planet... I do use a lot from Star Trek but this is not a Star Trek/MLPFiM cross over. Also if anyone would like to help me I would greatly appreciate it as this will be my first MLP story and I am more used to Naruto fanfics.

6436120 To be honest I am not sure if I am going to continue it... There were too many plot holes, one most notably how the mane six were still alive after all those years, I might bring it down for a complete rewrite I feel a lot more confident now that I have three stories under my belt, but I probably won't say no to some help after I get back to it.
