Basically yeah. In chapter two, Twilight and an Alicorn OC have to repair it using only the passion of their human hand fetishes (with of course the help of some DiscordxScootaloo offspring!)
I have a word of advice for you if you continue this story. Don't make the Alicorn OC have too much power. Also, you might want to have a pretty strong back-story for them. Trust me, if you don't do this you'll have the TWE swarming all over the place.
