I put off the whole Celestia/Luna vs. The Runner in the Woods until next chapter, again. I had to watch the season opener to see if I had to finesse anything.
7080490 Hmm... he keeps three ladies happy, both emotionally and in bed. He holds down two jobs, both working with his hands. He has a house and a respected place in the community. He's likely on a first name basis with every princess in the country... all of whom show signs (to varying extents) of interest in him (I say likely because the Cadance thing, while hilarious, wasn't canon). Lero's pretty damn man... his goatee would need its own goatee to build on it further. He's just zen. I agree that the darker emotions we saw here were good, it was a reminder that he's a human male not an Equestrian stallion; he's not just going to let the mares handle the warnings and he's not going to sit back and let something like that completely slide. That was an issue I had before this chapter posted; so I agree with you there. But if you're referring to losing his shit and being consistently belligerent, even violent for situations that don't really call for it... that's not what men do. That's what kids do... and speaking of Berry...
Welp, I said I'd say it in my last comment, and so... I grudgingly accept this. Pretty funny she thinks she did nothing wrong when she either: said something to pick a fight, or lied about saying something to pick a fight. Can't say I trust her words; I'm just looking at her actions. So it's legally sanctioned... that makes it okay? Knocking up a girl and walking away, cheating on your spouse, abandoning your parents in a nursing home.... these things are all legal, too... doesn't mean they aren't still wrong. Ah well, it was closure, just the same. I still dislike her, but I'm not required to like everypony. This was well crafted and a good step forward. It's nice she does have ponies to turn to... pity she's not getting professional help though.
You wanted to be the aimless vagabond, with no destiny,
That's a line I can relate to. I actually took that particular road myself after my marriage collapsed before it started. It's not highly recommended... The technical term might be 'giving up'.
“Maybe I don’t like you trying to hurt my mares,” Lero said. “Fight, Lero,” Berry said.
Tomato, tomahto, Berry...
Not much more to say here, but thanks for this chapter, it definitely felt needed to me. For her sake, may Berry find some sort of closure and comfort.
7085767 If you completely ignore the season opening I will not hold it against you. At all. The show seems to love making alicorns out to be important then proceeds to make them job to every challenge that comes their way.
I know there's been some criticism of the whole Berry Punch arc, but it's nice to see someone write weird stuff happen outside of Ponyville. Upon reflection though, it sounds like Beavertron really should stay off any map, given how messed up that place, and the people in it, are.
Also, with regards to Lero's concerns over letting other males into the relationship he has with his Leading Ladies - his fears of being replaced - it's a great deal harder to be replaced by a competitor if that other male is interested in you, too. I wanna read a serious take on a stallion trying to court Herd Michaelides! What would it take for Lero to even notice, if a stallion were to flirt with him?
I like this story, I just don't like bellerophon he's such a puss, will he ever tell celestia that twilight will never love her because she made her immortal and now has to watch everyone she cares about die ? and that she's a coward for making it his responsibility to do so and that because of that he will never love her either? will he ever tell them that demolition is just brainwashing with a neutral term? and will our author ever find time to answer these questions and publish more often? find out next time on xenophilia Z

Macishedlidides I tried to say that maybe...seven times before just saying, "Heck with it," and moving on.
I like to think Berry would have approved.

Hallelujah for continuation!
Although, I wish there could have been more.

It told us that Celestia and Luna can't stop some clouds.

A whole lot of finessing.
Nice chapter, thanks for updating.

7113595 Eh, after that suicide of a chapter I unfavorited the story and forgot it existed.
Snerk

This is a great fic; don't let some of these jerks tell you otherwise.
