    Uh, dude...

    1) Isn't it rather wrong to write about actual living, private people without their consent?[*]

    2) How is this a "story"? It doesn't seem to fit the site's rules.

3)Background details aren't really part of a "story" if they're seperate page things.

    I'm just confused.

[*]I have written about some people without specifically having their consent, but those were public or at least public-ish figures (and I would think nothing wrong if other people did that either).

    1. I said I did ask them for consent.  Do I really need to state that they said "yes"?

    2. A series of short stories are perfectly acceptable within the site's rules.

    3. The background details is basically another word for "write a story describing your character's life up to now".  Some people tend to make very concise stories - I don't, so they're here.

Fair enough... you should probably rewrite to something like "Other users that appear in this collection have given their consent."

The way it is written makes one think that they were asked per se, but not necessarily if they said 'yes' or 'not'. Not that big of a deal storywise, but...
