Hi! Welcome to my first-ever fanfic! (I'll just ignore that last one...)
Unlike most other 'human in Equestra' fics, where the characters remain human in Equestria, this guy's a pony.
Your average, young, Joe wakes after a rough night of drinking to what he thinks is a dream, but it's all too real. He's a pony, and he's in a certain royal castle. Follow Chris (or now Riftstepper) in his zany adventures at adapting to his new equine life (laced with human traditions), his quest to discover the truth of his trip to Equestria, and maybe a little chance at romance...

Mmm, the description throws me off. Considering the high abundance of human-turned-pony fictions I've seen, including my own, it seems a bit far fetched to me.

I agree with kotushk about the plot being a little unbelievable, but I'm still interested in seeing more.

398340 Hmm... I've only been a brony for a couple months now, and I've only been reading fics for half that, so pardon me if I say I've never seen any. All the "Humans" I see are still human, just in EQ.
398422 Thanks! I don't know quite how to make my paragraphs any smaller without diluting the ideas that contain them.. I try as hard as I can to keep chains of events in paragraphs, and that's how it came out.
398739 Thanks! Although, my age should have nothing to it. If I didn't show my age, would you still have enjoyed the story? Although it may magnify my skill by comparing it to my peers, I don't like that way of thinking.

Oh, come on, until everybody has written at least 5 unique OCs stories with permanent Earth-->Equestria translations I don't think the genre will be exhausted.
