I know you said English isn't your first language, but your first paragraph had me laughing. I don't know about you, but that is not at all how I have done a bath.
First you get the water started and set the temperature. Once set, you plug the tub so it can fill. Add soap while it fills. Then you undress. I can't imagine getting in the tub until it is half full. Then turn off the tap and bathe.
So reading your bath order lead by "Well, everyone knows how it's done." gave me a good chuckle.
