No, I don't think so. Kure Fusui and Kure Karura are the only two female fighters, though neither of them is said to specialize in punches, nor have they particapated in any official matches.

Manga is called Kengan Ashura, with it's sequal being Kengan Omega. Netflix made a pretty decent anime of it, but it only covers a fraction of what Kengan is. If you want the full experience you should read the manga, the art is insane.

Have you read the manga? Because it only gets more brutal. There is one fight were one of the fighters literally punches the other so hard that his arm explodes. I'm not gonna say who, because that fighter actually looses his arm for the rest of the series.
