1347625 I for one liked this story in many ways. I have never seen something like this done before so I want to see more, much more. In some fanfics I have read the author makes Luna and Celestia the most cruel things in the Universe. But in this you made them seem harsh, but fair, I like it. Your character isn't some sort of ultimate depressed idiot that constantly wants to molest himself with a rusty toaster while singing about how he didn't deserve this. The one problem I have with this is that your OC has wings, a horn and is red and black. Although you say he is not an alicorn you still can't make him OP, which I can already tell, he is going to be. But apart from that it was good, the grammar was good, the idea is good and the characters are believable.
