A Mary Sue/Gary Stu is banished from Equestria for being to much of a MS/GS. They're sent to an alternate Equestria where everyone is a shitty OC MS/GS. Forced to experience what it's like to be around MS/GS's, they realize the error of their ways, and try to become a more normal, less awful pony, in the hope they'll be allowed to return to the original Equestria.

Time Turner is honored with the charge of overseeing Ponyville's timed dancing event with his trusty hourglass. He has always taken this responsibility seriously in the past, but this time a certain grey-coated pegasus has caught his eye. Now, Time Turner faces the temptation of tampering with the hourglass to prolong his interaction with the "beautiful and graceful" Derpy Hooves.

Comedy/Slice of Life. I will write this if you don't.

A brony-hater switches bodies with one of the mane 6 and has to adapt to life in Equestria, as well as adopting some of that character's behavior.
Similar to Hoopy Mcgee's "Why am I Pinkie Pie?!" But with a hater instead of a brony.

I just imagine Time Turner frantically going back and forth between dancing with Derpy, then noticing the hourglass is almost empty so he flips it over when no one is looking - like, at least three times. And since everypony trusts him highly, no one bothers checking the actual time and they just assume their exhaustion is coming from the summer heat. I guess only really competitive ponies like Rainbow Dash would notice, but why would she be dancing?

I need to make my brain stop.

Here's one I think you could do well with:

Applejack, sick and tired of all the "little white lies" she hears around town, decides that something must be done to restore trust between the citizens of Ponyville. Always eager to help her friends in need, Twilight develops what she calls a "Blabbermouth Spell"--a spell that will force everypony in town to tell the truth should they lie to another pony.

For a while, all seems to be perfect... that is, until ponies start running through the streets, broadcasting their deepest secrets for all to hear...

King Harkinian, the one in the CD-i games comes to Equestria somehow and eats everypony's dinner.

Instead, she makes a mistake and it rains copious amounts of Mary Sue alicorn OCs in Pokéballs.

I got one really... good idea? I dunno, depends on how it's executed. It would star... Derpy. You know how the moon is supposed to be this prison for Nightmare Moon. Well, what if there was an actual prison on the moon, where all the bad ponies go. So like some pony would blame Derpy for a crime she didn't commit and her being ditzy, she can't defend herself in court very well. She goes to jail and there're tons of bad creatures there. But throughout the fic, her charming attitude and approach to life changes the prisoners for the better! Sounds sweet right? It would villainies Celestia though.

Twilight heads off to the Castle of the Two Pony Sisters to research them a bit, and finds there a book. This is not just any book, however - this book is by none other than Starswirl the Bearded, and, what's more, one she had never heard of before. Twilight, so overcome with joy she completely forgets what she is doing, returns to the Library and begins to read it. It turns out that it is a treatise on the three different types of magic - unicorn, earth pony, and pegasus. However, there is one minor detail that doesn't fit. From what she is reading, Twilight can only conclude that the three types of magic are one and the same - theoretically, one could quite easily convert one type into another. So, of course, she does so, and swaps her horn for a pair of pegasus wings and back. Then she wonders, what would happen if you had two "forms" of energy active at the same time - earth pony and pegasus, for instance? And what if one were to have enough magic that they could split it three ways...?
