It's one in the morning on the day of her marefriend's visit, Twilight Sparkle should be in bed getting some sleep, but no, she is up conducting various experiments on various theories that she and her marefriend had come up with during their last conversation.
The purple pony princess misses her intended target and instead of her magical blast connecting with the object she had intended it for, her magic is absorbed by a bottle of the common household chemical Bleach. Twilight gets to deal with the now sentient chemical and his claims that he is the emperor of Equestria, she is not very amused.

The question that comes to my mind is, did Twilight subconsciously create Lucius, or was he pulled into his bleach body by her magic? Troubling implications for both that Twilight is likely going to try and smother out of taking hold by sleeping and drinking and having fun with her girlfriend when she finally gets the chance to do so.

I'd say he was given his body when Twilight's experiment went awry, but I dunno I started writing it when I was pretty high and only refined it maybe yesterday so it'd be a story that sort of made sense.
