“I’ve added some edible glitter to the soup,” Izzy answered as if it was the most obvious thing in all of Equestria. Since it was Izzy, Sunny should have known that Izzy would do something like that.

Uhhhh I don't think that's a good idea to give somebody a glitter even if you say it's edible no thank you

For what it's worth, we've seen Sunny's alicorn glitter to be literally magic and able to reverse aging in TYT so who knows what unicorn glitter could do.

Well this was a pretty fun story here so it looks like Izzy was about to start her day but forgetting that Sunny is still in bed but when she tried to wake her up she heard a moan and when she sees her Sunny feels a little sick today but it looks like Izzy will make her feel a little bit better she even got the nurses costume which it worries sunny so she went downstairs to make some soup for her and when she got up there she saw glitter in the soup which that kind of question about it but apparently is he said it will help you get better hesitant she did try the soup but strangely enough it kind of did Sunny is actually feeling better but unfortunately Izzy is not so lucky now she got sick and now it's sunny to be the doctor now again this was a pretty nice story and don't worry I'm sure you've been trying to take a break for a while so no worries but anyway keep up the good work

“I never really had any pony to play dress-up,” Izzy explained, “Thought this would be the perfect time to be your good doctor until you get all better.”

Sunny is so screwed.

“I know that she’s my friend and all,” Sunny face-hoofed, “But somehow I get the bad feeling she will only make me worse than better.”

Ya think?

“Because glitter heals everything,” Izzy answered simply.

No it doesn't.

“Now, you be a good patient and drink every last drop of your soup,” Izzy said calmly, but Sunny her an underlying tone of authority underneath it.

I think safe calmly, the rest should be removed or changed as the way it is makes no sense.

Sunny just stared at her friend with wide eyes. She was only in the hospital once when she had a nasty skating accident and Izzy’s authoritative voice matched what the nurses told Sunny when she was bedridden with a broken hind leg.

I've been to the hospital myself before because of an injury, but it wasn't skating, it wasn't paying attention while riding my electric scooter. Next thing I know, I hit a big bump on the sidewalk and fall down fracturing my left arm in the process.
