The beginning of a big change

History repeats itself

Long ago in the land of Equestria a young pony who wanted more in life. A pony that thought she should be the one to rule all of Equestria found the notes of Cozy Glow. And used them I turn herself into an alicorn, but came with a big cost.

For you see this pony did adjustments to Cozy Glow's notes. This leads to the spell not only draining the magic from others. But also draining the life force from the victims as well. The newly made alicorn did the spell on the east side of Equestria so everyone ran that we were still alive ran to the west.

Magic and life itself were now unstable and the end of the world became near. The new alicorn didn't notice let alone cared she was drunk on power. But Princess Twilight didn't give up, she along with Discord made a set of magical gems that would stabilize the magic and keep life going when together if a part it would shut off magic and still allow everyone to live.

Once the gems were made the draining spell stop spreading but the area that was affected was still transferring magic in life force to the new alicorn for some reason. The two discovered that the spell would keep those parts of land infected for a few hundred years so no one could return to those places for a while. So the evacuation was still on its way while Twilight sent a letter to the other alicorns Princess telling them what has happened. The only things that weren't infected wild the buildings made by The Elements of Harmony. So it gave Twilight hope that the Crystal Empire was unaffected by this draining spell.

Twilight made Spike go and warn their allies of other kingdoms and told him to go hide with the dragons. He didn't want to go, but she told him that it needed to be done in case any of their lands were hit by this spell. So he did as he was told not knowing that this evil alicorn was up to something.

When the evil alicorn saw that her spell was no longer spreading she went to the Crystal Empire and use the same spell that King Sombra did to make the Empire disappear taking both Princess Cadence and Princess Flurry Heart with it.

She found Celestia and Luna heading to Canterlot so they can help Twilight with this new threat. And the evil alicorn trund then to stone and feel their statue in a cave that was not that far away from. In hopes that no one would find them and set them free.

Twilight and Discord realized what was happening and with the fact that the other members of The Mane 6 have passed on, they were on their own. So Twilight gave the magic gem to current captain of the royal guards an earth pony. With instructions to join in on the evacuation and get as far away as possible. He didn't want to leave her side but did as told when she pointed out how important that gem was. And with that Twilight went to face this new alicorn.

When they found her she was waiting for them by the castle of friendship with a trap. The two sides fought Discord and Twilight giving it their all while being drained and the evil alicorn gaining more power with every second the animals and trees that we're left behind die. At one point the evil alicorn activated her trap and sealed a now sleeping Twilight within the castle friendship. While Discord was not trapped in a sleep spell he was. He was still locked away in the castle of friendship. To slowly go crazy from being all alone while at the same time becoming more and more productive with his only known living friend who was now in a deep sleep.

Meanwhile, the ponies started to freak out and started fighting among themselves causing the gym to weekend and their magic to go into a dormant state. That only brought more fear and pandemonium with caused a unicorn and a pegasus to steal 1/3 of the gem while the guard kept 1/3 of the gem as well. To which all magic went into a dormant state except the sun moon and weather being powered by the three broken pieces of the gem. The ponies then agreed to go back to the old way of the three separate Pony tribes until the day Twilight returned. They help each other long enough to get the ponies into three different locations to live. Waiting for either Twilight to come back or the evil alicorn to make her move.

The evil alicorn went into hiding and every so often kidnapped young children to make them her servants. Not knowing that when magic returns that she will be the weakest alicorn among the 5 alicorns in current existence. Meaning if an alicorn or Discord ever gets freed then she will lose. Years have gone by and more and more of the old Equestria knowledge faded away to the point where Twilight Sparkle with a fable. All except for the descendants of the earth pony that was entrusted with the gem in the first place I was holding on to the Earth ponies gem. Their family passes on the gym from generation to generation telling the story about Twilight and her friends. Not knowing that one day a descendant of theirs would help bring magic back to Equestria.

Also, there was something that no one knew about the main 6. For you see when they gained their new powers when they first face Tirek. Caused the members of The Mane 6 to never truly die. No, they end up returning eating kind of like the avatar from Avatar The Last Airbender. But since the magic was gone any unique abilities that would keep my Fluttershy talking to animals went into dormancy. And that every time they reincarnate one of them is up to be a new alicorn.

Now 5 out of the main 6 are back and have brought back the magic, them being... Sunny Starscout as Pinkie Pie and will soon get back her Pinkie senses. Hitch Trailblazer as Fluttershy and have just recently regained his ability to speak to and understand animals. Izzy Moonbow is the next life of Rarity. Pipp Petals is Applejack's reincarnated self canes a lot because of her different upbringing in a way from farm life to a life of royalty. Zipp Storm it The Reincarnation of Rainbow Dash is still stubborn to her old ways even if it subconsciously doing so.

But will they be ready for the tests that are to come? After all, now that they have reset the magic. Spells of the past have started to break and let those who were trapped free. Will any of the good alicorns break free before Discord dose? Because if so well... He won't be all that stable without Twilight calming him down. And who knows what he will do when he finds out that Hitch and Fluttershy are one and the same minus the memories.

Well, this is the end of this story. But just the beginning for Sunny and her friends.

Author's Note:

Okay before people yell at me about who is there a carnation of who. I'm going to say that now I totally thought that some of the main characters were other reincarnations of the Mane 6. But that all changed when I watched an older video of Dr. Wolf Channel. To which he pointed out that hitch at the next element of kindness and ability to talk to animals but the other elements that the other main 5 have are different than the main 6.

But when he showed the list of what their elements are I connected the dots that yes one of them got kindness. But Sunny's element was used in Stars swirl the bearded group. The same with Zipp's just recording.

So in order from Stars swirl group, Twilight's group, and Sonny's group. Not bad the last two I'm just taking an educated guess based on what sounds the closest to the previous elements.

So I think something that Sunny is becoming the next Alicorn of Harmony AKA either or the element of laughter or hope. And Twilight is alive but she is either in hiding because she feels like she let everyone down and only Discord knows where she is. I do think Spike had to leave Twilight to help the Dragons get out of harm's way. And I think the other Alicorn that they're not trapped somewhere would be busy trying to find her with no luck. And Discord knows but has become protective of her ever since the tire thing.

Or the new bad guy locked up Twilight and everyone somewhere and discard may or may not be the first one to get out.

Also, I don't know if I am fully back enough to the fandom to fully make or work on my old fanfics here. I am looking at Twilight's little princess problem and have made some changes to the first three chapters. I'm planning on looking at the rest of the chapters and depending on how I feel after I'm done we looking and maybe tweaking them. I may or may not add more chapters to it.

So yeah...
