Alpha Wolf 4500

When it comes to most of my stories, don't make assumptions. Not only is there a 99.9% chance that you're wrong, but it's also frustrating to me.

E

Museums often have artifacts and relics of the past that don't belong to that region displayed for research and educational purposes. Though Controversial, it's an understandable concept that most can grasp. But one museum, in particular, hasn't been entirely truthful in the stories of some of their artifacts. Or truthful at all in that matter, and thus, are relieved of their artifacts. Among another secret being hidden from the public, called Proto-Keskine.

Illegally.

Canon to the FaM universe.

Inspired by Black Panther

A nice insight to this particular character before Season 2 starts.

Cool a insight on a character before season 2 to know who is gonna show, great job with this

We have a real life version of place full of mostly stolen stuff. It's called the British museum England.

I'm guessing the weapons he requested are based on the shields captain america used in avengers infinity wars.

Ooh! Nice job!

11001574
Thank you kindly. Also namedropped a few more that'll show up.

11001633
Fun Fact: Londineighum is a play on the word, Londinium. Which was London before it was London, when it was conquered by the Romans.

11001660
Someone remembers the teasers.

Some codenames just get made on the spot, huh? 😉

Nicely done! Loved how they tried to avoid harming the guards.

When is this Set, if i may ask?

Also, you used 2 " here

“"Steel. I've been waited to hear from you." K’Bakari said.

11001949
Fixed.

This is set after the Season 1 finale, but before the Season 2 premier.

11001916
My history knowledge expands everyday. Thanks for the fact. Nice story, gives me revolutionary thoughts.

11001998
Yes.
*imaginary me and my imaginary team break into European museums and steal all stolen artefacts and then destabilize the central and western European countries and let them plunge into a state of constant turmoil*

Honestly, K' Bakari may be my favorite ling yet

11002050
Oooo!

What makes ya say that?

11002076
Just the no nonsense way je carries himself, while obviously having a innocent past onsidering his nickname. (I'm a stickler for characters that are written like this.) tbh, I like him more than bandit and I LOVED that guy.

11002079
I did base him off of Killmonger from Black Panther after all.

Three fun facts.

1: K'Bakari's code name, Kire, is Erik spelled backwards. As in Erik Killmonger.

2: The story ties into this one, made by my friend Lightning Sprint: https://www.fimfiction.net/story/502770/first-orders-received

3: Petbe is the Egyptian god of revenge. Hint hint.

But Don't worry, Bandit will end up your favorite yet again. Especially when season 2's premier is posted.

Honest question: Do you think I should make a trailer for Season 2?

11002081
We shall see about bandit (Probably true), but the Killmonger reference makes him even cooler than before.

As for the trailer...you'd be good either way. I'd prefer not having one to soak in the suprise better, but other viewers might like the insight.

11002082
I also meant to ask. Any thoughts on Akili?

11002210

She's an interesting friend of K'Bakari. though I'm sure your gonna build on her more.

11001574
Glad you liked it.

What did you think of the characters so far?

11002463
Glad you think so. I also confirmed Equestria Girls as canon in this story too.

This character seems like he’s going to be very interesting.

I haven’t read the prequel but this reads like OC cringe.

“Tell me the official record.”
“Ok.”
“That’s all bullshit, it was disguised changelings all along and now I’m going to cripple you for not knowing a thousand year old, global, multi-factional deception.”

11002081
Looking at this and other comments lead me to believe you based this off of the scene where they robbed the museum of their vibranium exhibit?

11003009
I respect your opinion but allow me to explain why that isn't correct in the slightest.

I haven’t read the prequel

The link isn't a prequel, per se, it's just the universe that the story itself is set in. Think of it as either a semi-sequel or something that moves alongside the story itself. It also sets the tone, albeit in a more subtle way, about the changelings' existence.

this reads like OC cringe.

That's fair.

“That’s all bullshit, it was disguised changelings all along

There's a reason K'Bakari never mentions they were in disguises because the changelings mentioned weren't disguised.

and now I’m going to cripple you

He wasn't crippled. None of the ponies in the museum were harmed in the slightest.

for not knowing a thousand year old, global, multi-factional deception.

The changelings weren't doing the deception.

Not hating the comment, just clearing some things up.

11003249

There's a reason K'Bakari never mentions they were in disguises because the changelings mentioned weren't disguised.

And if they were disguised the curator would never know. Or maybe K'Bakari is just fucking with him and they weren’t changelings at all. Or maybe the changelings back then wanted to conceal their existence and asked their pony friends to lie for them. No matter the truth it’s very hostile to ask someone a thousand years later for the “truth”.

If an ambushing changeling won with multiple broken ribs, I don’t care what you say happened. The other guy got fucked up.

I haven’t read any other story in this universe so maybe the changelings are the good guys and ponies are the bad guys. But I did not get that feeling at all in this story.

11003746

No matter the truth it’s very hostile to ask someone a thousand years later for the “truth”.

The shield was only made 1000 years ago, that's actually not when it was found. From the shield to, the gauntlets, and the sword and shield, the sword and shield from Uncia was discovered first. And it was 80 years before the events of which you are reading. The Aspis shieldand the gauntlets were found 19-20 years before the events of FaM.

If an ambushing changeling won with multiple broken ribs, I don’t care what you say happened. The other guy got fucked up.

If you are talking about:

He looked to his left and right to see black smoke flowing in, as well as hearing bodies thudding to the ground. As that happened, another rather large changeling, wearing a blue rogue outfit with a red mask covering half of their face. They had a spikey mane that was under the hood they wore, they also had two different eye styles. Their left eye was red with a black iris, while their right eye was similar to the changeling before them, with peach-colored Scleras and an orange eye.

“Everyone in the other rooms knocked out?” The changeling asked. The masked changeling nodded their head. “Good. Gideon already took care of the security cameras. Go get the others.”

The changelings didn't attack via physical violence. That black smoke as well as the black dust used by K'Bakari, was used as a knock out gas, similar to that of laughing gas or anesthesia used by doctors.

11003770

read the prequel

Uh huh.

Actually I was referring to this

"Multiple broken ribs would like a safe trip. I'll need Kix and Remedy to give me an examination when I get back."

11005624
That ties into First Orders Received by my friend Lightning Sprint, by 'Steel' who was on a different mission and got broken ribs as a result.

Before I start, I want to apologize that it took so long to finally get to this, mostly family things and after some rather big headaches I totally forgot. :applecry:

So here we go;

“Stings doesn’t it. How do you think it feels for ponies to steal artifacts from another species, and then completely erase their history to spread lies.”

There's always those who believe they are better than others, and some take it to extreme levels.

“All of our history….Erased in place of nothing but lies.” He said.

I can hear the levels of bitterness there.

“Still wondering where that page on making fire burn on water ended up.”

Not to give ideas, but I think grease, or gas if you have it, would do the trick.

“Entering Restricted Access, Voice Activation Required for further entry.”

“K’Bakari.” K’Bakari said. A buzz was heard.

“Access denied.” K’Bakari looked confused.

“Um….Prince K’Bakari.”

*Buzz* Access Denied.”

“Kire.”

*Buzz* Access Denied.”

“Akili, open the elevator.” K’Bakari said, starting to lose his patience.

*Buzz* Access Denied.”

“Lock Chase?” K’Bakari taking a shot in the dark.

*Buzz* Access Denied.”

K’Bakari let out a groan as he looked around.

“If anyone else finds out about this I’ll kill you.” He said before whispering into the speaker. “Petbe.”

“Access Granted.” The elevator doors opened. “Welcome, Petbe.”

I fell your pain. :facehoof:

“How’s the Keskine treating you?” K’Bakari asked.

“Had its trouble. Proto-Keskine’s a lot harder to melt down. Probably explains why the ponies tried hiding it rather than tell the public about this discovery.”

If I might ask; what is Keskine here? Some kind of super-metal or something?

“If they did that, this invasion would be more than just an act of desperation.” K’Bakari said.

“Or payback.” Akili added.

“You said it not me.” K’Bakari said.

“That’s why you’re partaking.” Akili told him.

Makes one wonder just what happened to the Changelings, as it's clear the invasion is for something else.

Sadly didn't really find much to comment on, but this certainly shows that these Changelings are motivated by something far different than in the show.

And again; so sorry it took so long.

Before I start, I want to apologize that it took so long to finally get to this, mostly family things and after some rather big headaches I totally forgot. :applecry:

So here we go;

I understand completely.

There's always those who believe they are better than others, and some take it to extreme levels.

Once again, this statement ages incredibly well.

I can hear the levels of bitterness there.

Two things:

One) I based that line off of Tempest's 'All this power, wasted on parties.' line from the MLP: Movie

Two) It stings even more because the artifacts were mostly recent. The gauntlets and shield were obtained 20 years before FaM, the sword and shield from Uncia was 80 years before

Not to give ideas, but I think grease, or gas if you have it, would do the trick.

Fun Fact: This is a reference to the greek fire of the 7th century, that was able to burn on water. Sad fact: I'm learning more history trying to make references in fanfiction than school ever has.

I fell your pain. :facehoof:

Automated systems or siblings/friends embarrassing you.

If I might ask; what is Keskine here? Some kind of super-metal or something?

A metal and/or metallic fabric good at blocking/ countering magic as well as a reference to Vibranium and adamantium from Marvel. You know the metal that blocked magic blasts in the MLP movie? It's that.

Makes one wonder just what happened to the Changelings, as it's clear the invasion is for something else.

An act of Desperation.

Sadly didn't really find much to comment on, but this certainly shows that these Changelings are motivated by something far different than in the show.

Changelings are sick of being left behind, they're desperate and angry.

And again; so sorry it took so long.

It was worth the wait. Only two things I kinda wanted to see the reaction of.

K'bakari exposing the truth and Creed the Smilodon.

11073778

Once again, this statement ages incredibly well.

Seems most of the ones I make do. Have had a few that don't but hey.

Two things:

One) I based that line off of Tempest's 'All this power, wasted on parties.' line from the MLP: Movie

Two)

I thought the way he said it sound familiar, though unlike Tempest I'd the Changelings are far more justified.

Fun Fact: This is a reference to the greek fire of the 7th century, that was able to burn on water. Sad fact: I'm learning more history trying to make references in fanfiction than school ever has.

I though it sounded familiar, forgot about greek fire.

I get what you mean about learning: I leaned more about vehicles from my dad than in school, though funny enough; my first time under the truck with him years ago, I instead learned possibly every cruse word in the book and maybe a few out of it. He was trying to show me how to replace a starter, which turned out to be in a spot that made a simple job a giant pain.

Automated systems or siblings/friends embarrassing you.

Don't think I need to repeat myself here, I've said it many times with Chad and Spike.

A metal and/or metallic fabric good at blocking/ countering magic as well as a reference to Vibranium and adamantium from Marvel. You know the metal that blocked magic blasts in the MLP movie? It's that.

Ah. Makes sense.

An act of Desperation.

And yet more justified then in the show.

Changelings are sick of being left behind, they're desperate and angry.

Can't blame them, I would be too.

It was worth the wait. Only two things I kinda wanted to see the reaction of.

K'bakari exposing the truth and Creed the Smilodon.

For K'bakari; It seemed to me that he was laying burn after burn as he countered everything the guide said. As for Creed, was surprised to see him, but when you need a good nose.

Also just a crazy idea but; could Chrysalis be Bandit's mother with the Emperor (can't spell his name but you know who I mean) being the father. Just a silly idea but...

11074453

Seems most of the ones I make do. Have had a few that don't but hey.

Can't get em all.

I thought the way he said it sound familiar, though unlike Tempest I'd the Changelings are far more justified.

Agreed. Although, Tempest was more deluded and tricked than desperate.

I though it sounded familiar, forgot about greek fire.

I get what you mean about learning: I leaned more about vehicles from my dad than in school, though funny enough; my first time under the truck with him years ago, I instead learned possibly every cruse word in the book and maybe a few out of it. The best source for a thirst of education is an inspired mind.

Don't think I need to repeat myself here, I've said it many times with Chad and Spike.

Well, now I feels silly.

Ah. Makes sense.

Well, Keskine is. Proto-Keskine is more powerful.

And yet more justified then in the show.

To be fair, it was already like that in season 2, but how it was played out and the constant idiotic backlash of redeemed villains ruined that arc.

Can't blame them, I would be too.

Glad I got the sympathy part of the writing down.

For K'bakari; It seemed to me that he was laying burn after burn as he countered everything the guide said.

A telltale sign that he gets even.

As for Creed, was surprised to see him, but when you need a good nose.

He's also named after Adonis Creed, another Michael B Jordan role.

Also just a crazy idea but; could Chrysalis be Bandit's mother with the Emperor (can't spell his name but you know who I mean) being the father. Just a silly idea but...

Emperor Ersatz.

And about time someone saw the connection.

11074466

Agreed. Although, Tempest was more deluded and tricked than desperate.

True, at least she seemed to be doing better at the end.

I remember reading a comment on one video were she said something about her horn, the comment was: F*&k your horn, you don't need it or something along those lines, haven't seen that one in a long time.

The best source for a thirst of education is an inspired mind.

Very true.

Well, now I feels silly.

It happens.

Well, Keskine is. Proto-Keskine is more powerful.

Why am I not surprised.

To be fair, it was already like that in season 2, but how it was played out and the constant idiotic backlash of redeemed villains ruined that arc.

True, that was just... messy? Don't really have the right word for it.

Glad I got the sympathy part of the writing down.

Hard not to feel sympathy when you learn that someone was trying to make it like they never existed.

A telltale sign that he gets even.

That seems to be a something of a trait among your Changelings.

He's also named after Adonis Creed, another Michael B Jordan role.

Indeed. and for some reason now; I can't but think Assassin's Creed.

Emperor Ersatz.

And about time someone saw the connection.

Yep, that would be the one.

*Spoiler part*: :rainbowderp: :pinkiegasp: :derpyderp2: Holy...
