The Rainbooms and CMC are heading on vacation, bringing their New York friends and the Rock N Beats along too. Their destination is a dude ranch, near an old ghost town, owned by a friend of the Apples, Country Road and her family, who dreams of getting people living in the old town again.

As the Ninjas work the ranch, Sweetheart dreams of being an adventurer but Melody says that she's too boring. Always wanting to prove her sister wrong, Sweetheart trys to be more adventurous. But when her actions cause the town to be destroyed, the Ninjas decide to fix up the whole town.

However, trouble soon comes as a greedy land grabber wants to buy and tear down the town to build a casino. But the Ninjas aren't gonna let that happen. Good news: if they can find the deed to the town, then it'll be declared a landmark. Bad news: the deed was lost to history.

So Sweetheart sets out to find the deed, save the town, and prove she's got what it takes to be a real adventurer.
