After escaping her stone imprisonment, Cozy Glow met Wallflower Blush. After discussing it with Princess Twilight, Wallflower agreed to be Cozy’s guardian and help her grow into a better pony.
Wallflower lives nearby a dangerous forest and warns Cozy not to go in there. However, when magic is added to the mix, Cozy Glow decides to tempt her luck.

Cute story and interesting pairing. I liked both characters depicted here. I think this could be expanded to a prequel and sequel if you want it to.
Huh, this an unexplored take on Cozy's motivations and backstory; that she wanted magic not just because she wanted the power, but because she was jealous of those who had blatant magic, namely, unicorns. There's alot that could be done with this. And that you paired her and Wallflower up in this way is also unique.
There's also an air of mystery here. Why was the town abandoned? Did Wallflower know Cozy before, since they were from the same town? Is that Wallflower asked Twilight for permission to take in Cozy? How does Wallflower know so much about the dangerous forest and its creatures? I guess she's this region's version of Fluttershy?
Your grammar needs major work, though. In some places this was very hard to read, and were it not for the intriguing concept and character combo, I probably would've stopped reading after the first few lines, since the grammar made me cringe so much.

So, about the questions, Wallflower’s been living there for a while, that’s how she knows -not everything - but a lot about the forest, due to her own experiences and others’ who used to live there. Why it was abandoned? It just sorta happened, it was a dangerous place, it’s also far away from other towns, and so on. Cozy and Wallflower? I’d say they’ve encountered before, but they never interacted.
Lastly, about Twilight. I’d like to develop that idea further on, so, yeah...
