of which Chrysalis,(—— was the only one they had known of up until this point.
Twilight kept herself ready for if anything went wrong, or for a pending attack, but Chrysalis(—— simply stared at her blankly as she pulled the sheets away from her body.
Chrysalis(—— spent the whole time Twilight was giving the entire dramatic and drawn out speech looking down at her hoof as if she was waiting to file it down.
Chrysalis(—— let out a soft chuckle upon hearing this,
Chrysalis(—— gave her a… Smile.
Chrysalis(—— nodded once, "That is correct. I actually rather enjoy tea, put the milk in first, then the tea bag, sugar and finally the water."

Oh I get it now.

this time they had gone for Japanese food, as Twilight bet that Chrysalis,(—— had never tried it before,
Chrysalis(—— stared at the Octopus, and the octopus stared back at her with demonic eyes that looked like they would do better on a goat.
"I am sorry if it is making you uncomfortable, I can swap it out for any of the other foods, I just thought that..."

"You'd get the closest thing you could to barbarism because you think that my culture is little more then that of a mindless monster? Do not worry Twilight Sparkle, I more then understand. Now how do I go about consuming this unfortunate creature?"

Twilight almost choked on her tea at the Queen's harsh
"You use the knife to cut the tentacles off, dunk them in soy sauce and then eat them. Everything is edible, although I wouldn't advise eating the brain."

Twilight blinked once, a perplexed expression spreading across her face.

"If that was really what was best for my people, then I would already have done it. I have lived for hundreds of years and my culture is very well known to me. The truth is, that when a changeling Queen becomes a "Changeling" They lose a lot of fertility."
Once they were done with their meal, Chrysalis(—— slowly pushed her empty plate away from her.
A soft burp followed shortly after, before Chrysalis(—— let out a soft sigh,
Chrysalis(—— said, sliding a cup towards Twilight that didn't make it very far as the table was not very well polished.
"What is this?" Twilight asked, frowning down into the cup as she scanned over it with her magic to test for any dangerous substances or chemicals. It did not seem there were any.
