This was a very well-written story, although I am a bit confused about a few things. Firstly, this story seems like it's just a small piece of a bigger whole, which isn't a bad thing, but there doesn't seem to be a whole for it to be a part of. If you were planning on adding another chapter, I could understand that, but as it is, it feels like it's missing quite a bit of necessary detail. I would have liked to see that stuff in the description actually conveyed in the story itself.
Secondly, and this is a minor thing, but why do you have the Fetish tag on this? Is it because of that comment you made about their breasts? I suppose I can see that, but I don't see why you felt the need to include that in the first place. This doesn't seem like the sort of story that needs sexy slapstick.

I did have a larger idea in mind that, if enough interest was shown, I had hoped to use as the foundation for additional tales, but so far I haven’t done any stories with more than one chapter. The idea has been suggested to me though, and so I had been considering it, so long as each chapter is exactly 1K words.
When the idea for this story first formed in my tired mind, I wanted to convey what I felt and saw: rain on wet feathers, the chill of the skies, and the surreal image of a couple of anthropomorphic pegasi flying between shadowy peaks in this bracing environment without so much as a windbreaker.
I think I included the reference partly to help keep me motivated, (as I tend to struggle with that,)
and because I tend to get anxious, especially when writing, and silly little interactions like those I find somehow cute and comforting. (I started writing semi-erotic stories in the first place because I could use that element to help me focus.) The original draft actually had more of that kind of thing. 
I figured I’d put the fetish tag there because of that and the fact that they are technically naked in public, (even if it isn’t necessarily such a big deal within the context of the story, and the setting in which it takes place.)
