Stardust, a dark blue pegasus filly, goes camping with her family one night as a comet passes over Equestria. Captivated by the sight she flies off to find a nice place to watch the Comet through the night and the accompanying meteor shower. Deep in the wilderness away from civilization the filly enjoys the spectacle of the cosmos until morning comes and she flies by the guiding light of the morning star and dawn's early light.

Thank you, that was what I was aiming for. Something familiar but something newish. I don't wanna make a new dark universe, we have enough of those. Something hopeful and bright I felt was needed for a change. Plus I like high sci-fi settings.

Very interesting way to introduce us to your Oc. The atmosphere here was just enough to get the feel and atmosphere, but I can't help feeling there's more to this. For what it is, it's a simple cutie mark story with some nice build up.
