"Mwahahaha!" the human twirled his mustache. "I am immune to magic, which means that a mere unicorn like you is powerless before me!"
"Physics bubble, right?" Twilight prompted.
"Yep!" the human grinned smugly from the complete safety of his bubble.
"And," Twilight continued her train of thought, "I suppose that our light must work properly with your universe's physics? After all, you can see here, right? So clearly Equestrian light is passing through your bubble into your eyes?"
"Yeah, why do you-GAH MY EYES I'M BLIND WHAT DID YOU DO I CAN'T SEE!!!"
Twilight: I didn't think it was possible, but this guy is getting even MORE pathetic. I barely even had to do anything this time!
Magic flashbangs, it's amazing how rarely you see someone actually think to do that. Twilight is an eminently practical pony it would seem.
This is an exceedingly simple spell, by all accounts, too. Almost any unicorn ever can channel magic through their horn to produce light. Now granted, perhaps most wouldn't practice making it that bright, but still, that's actually a really plausible application, pulling a Solar Flare.
I don't remember seeing this application before, but I'd be more surprised if no one's thought of it before, and I'll admit I'd have never thought of it.
...also by extension, if they can hear you, and vice-versa (which is obviously the case here), you can perhaps produce enough sound to rupture their eardrums, if you have the ability to do so, which can possibly cause problems beyond hearing, like vertigo.
(of course, that would be something you don't want happening to you as well, for obvious reasons)
And of course that must be true also for sound, or heat, or smells, or...
And if he is immune because of a physic bubble should not he be affected by the Want it-Need it spell? The spells hit the object, not the human after all.
Wait... that’s illegal.

Yeah this is why the earlier chapter with the raw energy conversion didn't work.
