Flash and Twilight are just days away from their "I do"s, and they couldn't be happier. Unfortunately, a failed attempt at reconciling with Flash's father leads to a series of stress-inducing events that have Flash questioning who he is as a person and if marrying Twilight is the right choice. As if everything prior wasn't bad enough, an ancient Equestrian evil escapes from Limbo making everything worse.

Always a pleasure to see a new story from you. I honestly am not surprised it turned out this way. I would have liked Flash and his dad to reconcile, but he sounded like way too much of an asshole.
I get the feeling Coin is like the way he is because of his family somehow. That being said, it is really easy to get pissed off at him for not just his rudeness but the fact that he went out of his way to find Flash and his family just to be rude to him and try to talk him out of marrying Twilight.
Oh boy, this is not going to end well. The Dazzlings might not have their magic anymore, but they can always fall back on good old fashion seductions to get others to adore them and do what they want, and Coin is just the kinda sucker they needed.

Seeing Flash being hurt by all his bad memories hurts. It is okay if you don’t think your action scene is as good as the rest of the chapter. It wasn’t the highlight anyway and I thought it was still good, especially with Harry.
Fighting Reverb with heartfelt songs. That’s actually a pretty nice way to help get rid of Flash’s corruption. Also, I find the idea of Twilight watching Dumbo with Flurry Heart to be adorable.
Aww, that’s so sweet. I’m glad Twilight convinced Flash to still go through with the wedding. Can’t say I’m disappointed Coin ran back to New York, since he had a bad attitude his whole visit and it was partly his fault the mess even happened.
Well, glad they finally took care of The Pony of Shadows, and Flash and Princess Twilight managed to resolve everything between them.
Normally I might feel bad for the Dazzlings, but it is pretty clear here (and in canon as seen in Sunset’s Backstage Pass) they don’t care about what they did in the Past and the only regret they have is how their actions cost them their magic, rather than the pain they caused, and are upset they need to work for a living now. So I say they got what they deserved.
This was a very nice story. I hope your next one will cover Flash and Twilight’s wedding.
Honestly, Coin is lucky Flash and his family are as nice as they are. If that had been me, I would've straight out kicked him in the shin and immediately call the police. And I consider myself a nice person -___-

I also just wanted to appreciate what a great future wife Twilight is being here. She's well aware of Flash's awful family situation, she knows very well that things were very likely to turn out ugly. She easily could've not gone with Flash and just waited for him in the car or even at home, and yet she was beside him the whole time, there to comfort him and show her support. No wonder Flash couldn't wait to marry that girl
I'm sorry I'm late, but WOW! I wasn't expecting a corrupted Flash when I started reading this story, but I'm pleasently surprised! Ow, his corruption here is way more painful than it is in my story

Don't worry about the action, this internal mind battle is doing great! Having Flash aged down to make him more vulnerable and emotional was a nice touch. Also, I forgot to mention it in the last chapter, but I like how well you captured the girls' dynamic and teamwork!

If you're asking why I classified it under "Chrisitian Stories" in the What If We Were Real group, then it's mainly because it's Christian music inspired. Also, part of one chapter takes place inside a church and involves the main character having a conversation with a pastor.
