It seems to be an adjective referring to things from the island Capri, as in Capri Pants, although I will admit it probably doesn't make much sense, I haven't actually read the story yet because I wanted a mental image of the garment in question...

However, I wondered in Rarity takes Manehatten and here too. Rarity has the social capital to crush any-pony who relies on reputation. Multiple times wortld saver, confidante and dressamaker to the Princesses, if she says, 'that pony stole myideas', she's the one who should be believed.
