Vinyl Scratch needs to say goodbye. Not to the girl she loves that bought a house with her. Not to the people that she worked with. Not to a friend going away. She needs to say goodbye to people she's never even met, some of which she's never even spoken to.
Sometimes saying goodbye isn't the dramatic event that movies make it out to be. Sometimes its not even important to anybody but the person saying goodbye. A wise man once said, "You don't have to experience a tragic loss to feel like your life is falling apart. You don't have to be in the middle of an epic story to feel like life is crashing at your feet." This story is about the personification of that very thought. About a goodbye that doesn't matter at all, but for one person, it might be the most important thing in her life.
........fuck
