You rub the teeth against your skin, and a typical comb's teeth are sharp enough to scratch an itch. It often happens by accident if your head happens to itch while you comb your hair. With Derpy being covered in fur, and not having fingers, I'm guessing that's about the only thing that can sufficiently help her itchiness if it has gotten this bad, as just grinding away at it with her hooves wouldn't be enough then.

I do hope this continues, but if it doesn't this is still a delectable way to explore Derpy's delicious bubble butt And I wouldn't mind seeing more DerpSpike.

Sometimes I wonder if whoever designed Derpy, consciously or subconsciously, considered that when he made her cutie-mark...

My suggestion is another hotdogging, and maybe giving his face some time in her buttcrack. Oh, and giving him a chance to nibble and toy with it a bit would be nice
