I've had this idea building in my head since season 6 and It will be nice to finally get it down on paper. Lots of cliches: human with MLP knowledge, seventh element, etc. But I hope to at least do something good with them, keyword: hope.

This has the potential to fall into a lot of the same, horrible traps that HIE's generally do, especially because it's both a changeling and Seventh Element story, but I remain cautiously optimistic.

Yeah, I know, but like I mentioned I've been building this story for years in my head. So many important plot points in the future rely on these things that I can't take them out, but it's because of these plot points that I hope to build something good.
I was able to take one thing out, though. Blue screen was originally a self-insert. Thankfully, over time, I was able to build him as a unique character. It was kinda cringe back then. I have a different self-insert ponysona now, who will NOT be appearing in this story other than maybe a cameo.
