A lovely story, thank you for writing it.

This is pretty much how I interpreted Discord and his actions throughout the series. Unlike other villains, he never really hurts anyone outright, only spreading chaos.

Ever since watching Twilight’s Kingdom for the first time, I kept expecting Discord to reveal that he had been tricking Tirek through the whole thing, but he never did. I got to thinking and, as the series progressed, I saw more and more times where it seemed likely the he was really doing everything he could to help Twilight and her friends, even when he seemed to be harming them. Just my belief, but I like it and I’mma stick to it. :)

Oh, no, we do not! But don’t worry, man. Humility and Self-Confidence are pretty much working together in me, now days. They’ve come to an “Understanding”, shall we say. Simply put, I do not consider myself to be a “Good Writer” . . . But that doesn’t mean I count myself a “Bad Writer”, either. I’m better than a lot, but not the best by a long shot, which is pretty much exactly where I want to be.

While that might often be the case, I would say you are perhaps missing the point of the story. Discord did bad things with good intentions, but in this case everything worked out, in the end.
