In this story you are going to read about everything I think that is great about this two universes and how I think that both could work together since they have certain similarities (characters, adventures), I do love that for example in Soul Eater every adventure is not what it looks like, and how in MLP they can still improve themselves and be better.
Previous knowledge of MLP is needed but the Soul Eater universe will suffer changes and I will explain everything inside.

As a huge fan of Soul Eater I gotta say you're off to a solid start. Although you might want to get an editor for your chapters as I did notice occasional grammar errors. Regardless, I look forward to more.
I don't know much about Soul Eater to be honest. I've only seen bits and pieces. I know some of the core parts though. So far, I can't wait to see the transformations!
As for Rarity's weapon form, I searched some ideas. One interesting one is an umbrella, since it complements Rarity's style, though it inches too much on the Neopolitan from RWBY (I also know that some people don't like certain series of anime, so I'm just trying to be careful and cite my sources).
Another idea is an athame because the magical aspect it possesses. It fits with the genre of witch since its equivalent is unicorn, but it's not very practical since it's a short melee weapon.
You could bring in a flintlock rifle, though guns are hit or miss (pun not intended) and depend on the circumstances and style. I could see the stylistic choice of Rarity while fitting the practical Twilight.
Or, lastly, if you just want to go topsy turnvy and go with something unexpected or unnecessarily barbaric, I'd say Kashdan. Kashdan is like a demon frisbee. Throw it like one, and it could glide cleanly through a beam. (Like a shuriken, only a lot bigger). Though in order to handle it, you'd probably need strong gloves.
Anyways, again, I'm enjoying it so far. Can't wait for more!

I am really glad that you have liked It so far, I read that you haven't seen much of Soul Eater and that's okay since I'll make changes that are substantial from the original one, still I recommend it, maybe it would be better if you watched it when finishing reading this one.
I'll try to have new episodes with a certain regularity and now that the mane 6 have been introduced I'll be developing characters and story step by step, I don't want to rush it since I want this to last (without making it tiring or predictable)

I think a weapon form that would suit Rarity is a katana. Sleek and focusing on speed and aerodynamics over sheer force.

Well, I forgot to add that that weapon is already for other character, It won't dissapoint, and I think that a good one would be a Panabas, it's long but not too long to the point that it becomes a spear and even if it is big Twilight can still manipulate her with one hand. Next time I'll try to say want can and can't be.

It will be long but I don't think that It will get to that. But I have a lot of ideas and maybe when writing I can surprise even myself, I would say that the basic story would be around 30000 words but I don't want to do just the basic
Everybody, I have post a blog where I put all the information of the story, whenever I add new information I will also put it there and that way it can also serve as a guide in case that it is any doubt.
I'm fairly sure English isn't your first language so I strongly recommend getting an editor to touch up your chapters. I'm invested in the story but the grammatical erorros are pretty distracting
