Having been freed from limbo, Stygian has spent his days as a reclusive author publishing his auto-biography. But now he's decided the time has finally come for him to do what he should've done a long time ago, tell Somnambula that he loves her.
Somnambula, meanwhile, is still struggling with the death of Prince Hisan and the fact that she wasn't there to say goodbye to him. So when Stygian shows up in her village, she is simply glad to see a friendly face.
But even if Stygian confesses, does Somnambula love him back? And if so, is it possible for them to make a relationship work despite the obstacles and the hardships?

Daaww this was sweet.
Honestly, I thought this whole story happened a bit too quick. I mean, Somnambula's only just gotten over grieving Prince Hisan and she wants to now go on a date with someone else? Personally, I don't actually think this sorta thing works. I would have had Somnambula shown more general reluctance to go on a date with Stygian thinking now wasn't the time or worrying over how she was replacing Hisan.

All of a sudden though, the stillness of the tombs was interrupted. For out of the blue, Somnambula called. "Stygian, I know you are there. There is no need for you to hide."
"What are you talking about? There's nopony here!" Stygian protested, only to realize a moment later that he'd given himself away with his comment.

This is a pretty cute one so stygian wanted to confessed his love to Somnambula he felt nervous and also guilty for what happened in the past putting them into limbo what it looks like she actually knew about his feelings which I'm surprised she knows but still it's pretty sweet
