Starry Sparks is an alicorn. She's wandered the planet for five thousand years. Her journeys have taken her to every kingdom while pretending to be a tall gray unicorn. But when she's in the quaint town of Ponyville, things go wrong as they never have before.

I can see why you'd be apprehensive. But, one, I don't have that level of bad spelling. Two, one thing I will never do is Mary Sue my alicorns. I love writing flawed characters who aren't fabulous people.

I always read comments. Also, Starry is really powerful. She just isn't good at some things, and has some...issues. It isn't about power, its about personality. And she's made some pretty bad mistakes.
I admit, I'm reading the comments before reading (I'm a little scared of Mary Sue territory as well. My own Alicorn character took 2 seasons to even introduce, and he's still a baby right now.), but I agree, no matter what kind of character you're writing, flaws are a must. Imma give this a like and check it out for real.

I know that some Alicorn oc's become a Mary Sue. But because of the immortality and power, there is also room for grave, catylistic error, and any horrible mistakes can be recalled and mulled over for millennia. It provides a lot of opportunity.
