In this incarnation of MLP/EG, the human world has an afterlife. This particular incarnation's Sunset didn't go into the Human world for the same reasons in the comic; instead she went into the human world because she knew that going through that part of the library was a big mistake, and that Princess Celestia, her mom, catching her might lead to her being disowned. The fact that she didn't have wings put a hidden resentment in the back of her mind, so she always thought she was a disappointment to the Princess. Sunset runs away into the mirror world during an episode of depresion.
Skip forward a few years, CH1 takes place. All of Sunset's friends abandon her and everyone thinks Anon-a-miss is her. Applebloom, Scootaloo, and Sweetie Belle's confessions are taken with pure denial from everyone. Sunset is about to jump, but when she finds out Seth has the same problem on a frequent basis, but never can go through with it, and being told to do what she absolutely thinks is best. She decides she's made as much of her peace as she possibly can, so she wants Seth to head her funeral, then she jumps, taking Seth's advice to heart.

Cool! i get why everyone was in denial they didn't want to be wrong the Sisters or two sisters and sister figure being the stupidest.
Were the CMC also jailed or they free as they did fess up, if they are free for confessing then maybe visit the Rainbooms in prison, tell them while they screwed up, they at least were willing to fess up to fix things, them going into denial and pushing Sunset to her death was their doing thou.

They, my friend, are not part of the 25% still in the human world. Princess Twilight and Seth are the only two that added things up right. They don't go back to the human world, but aren't imprisoned either.
