Well, that was quite the cute and hot cunniling that Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy had. That was also a cute, and sexy mating scene with Fluttershy and Big Mac! Though I found it sweet he was so concerned for the safety of their foal.

Speaking of which, as much as I find it considerate that Big Mac was worried about hurting the baby while mating with Fluttershy, he didn't really have to worry, at least if the pregnancy is healthy (and by the looks of it it is). Their foal is protected by the amniotic sac and the strong muscles in Fluttershy's womb, or uterus. Plus, and the thick mucus plug that seals Fluttershy's cervix helps to guard the foal against any type of infection.
