I like this, it's the first story about an 'evil Celestia' that I enjoy. One thing I will say though, please for the love of all that is holy tell us who is speaking at the time. There are multiple instances when two people are talking and someone else appears, or the same person talks twice, and there isn't any indication of this happening, just text. But overall, very good, well done!
This is a interesting story and another one to show how celly is fucking up royally in the most stupid way she can and all but cutting her people from the world in the most racist way possible I can see Luna leaving as well
