As soon as Twilight got to the hospital, I started crying. I remember how scary it was for me to watch my great grandmother die, attached to all those machines and groaning in pain. I didn't get to say goodbye either. It does get easier as time goes on, and the pain will dull around the edges, but it's things like this that really bring back the tears. My heart goes out to you and your family.
I'm sorry for your lose. It can be difficult losing a loved one.
