They had been together once. They loved each other. Then Celestia made a mistake where she made a problem which can't be solved with both of them coming out of it happy or alive.
The conlict of interest from the two just grows, eventually this drives Ethan try something he'd never though he would ever do. And Celestia can do nothing but ask for his forgiveness.

I am intrigued! Hooked from the beginning! So far so good and keep up the good work. Some editing on some typos and words might help though here and there though. Nothing detrimental or anything. Ooooo I had a feeling that's what she did! The greatest gift and greates curse! Wonder what happened to the others though? Digging the extra length to this chapter. Seems like 3,000 words is around the magic number to not be to short or not be too long. Keep up the good work! For English as a second language it's far more on par than some other stories. I think the only typo I saw was where she revealed what she did and it said
"Celestia was unsure of YOURSELF. Ethan was unsure of himself."
Yourself should be HERSELF.

Other than some spelling errors and wording errors I dont think this chapter was bad. It was a tad confusing at times (due to wording) but ultimately was good, I can understand not liking how a chapter was written/the direction it goes, but you have to either rewrite it, wait longer to release it (to think of a better chapter), or accept it and change the story based off of it.
