Over the last month, a number of students at CHS have inexplicably developed strange superpowers. For reasons he can't fathom, antisocial techie Care Root may hold the most devastating one of all - one he can never use. But when he meets his soulmate, and his very destiny is changed in front of his eyes, Care's ｢Timbuk Three｣ becomes the last line of defense between his only shot at happiness and a shadow-war raging across Canterlot.
What are these groups fighting over? Why haven't the Rainbooms stepped in? Where did these powers come from? And when complete victory can still destroy his reasons for fighting, can Care reach the end of his adventure with a scrap of his future intact?

Maybe they forget embarrassing things that happen to others, but they certainly don't forget embarrassing things that happen to them. I would know, all of my embarrassing moments continue to haunt me and keep me awake at night.

Okay, so I believe this story to be very well thought out and well done, but I do have two complaints. I think they are both equally as important but for the sake of format I will number them
#1. I believe that the rainbooms, especially twilight and sunset act incredibly out of character, without any well explained reason why. I just can't see them being okay with fate forcing their hands like this or orchestrating a plan to change said fate that involves the pain and or death of multiple people
#2. The fact that anon survives after being near fatally wounded in the factory and caught of guard by flash( it dosent make sense for flash to try and escape without at least incapacitating his captor.
especially since anon was in a unfavorable postion) and then surving two bullet wounds to the arms and broken legs. This combined with the fact that he's very unlikeable and responsible for the death of Golden harvest, filthy rich, indigo zap and the near deaths of sweetie bell and apple bloom makes it very unsatisfying to see him get away unpunished.
