Partially because of adrenaline and partially because leather really absorbs blood. Also no not four hours. It was at most one hour as the coronation was likely roughly at 10:30 and the portal closed at 12-12:30. Say the battle lasted likely thirty minutes. So give or take one hour. Also Luna knew she'd be showing pain. She did crawl out of a giant crater. She just had no idea how badly she was hurt.
