It started when a basket is left at the gates one day. In it, were four infant human males. She adopts them, and raises them herself. Will they grow up to be as kind and as responsible as she is? Or will they cause havoc and chaos wherever they go when they grow up?

I wonder if Celestia is going to tell them at some point that violence shouldn't be your first answer, or if it's okay in their cases because they're her adopted kids and common decency doesn't apply to them.
ponies are not complete pacifist, every culture has an acceptable level of violence two kids hitting one another or wrestling with your siblings would be know big deal. now Blueblood bullying a toddler when he is expected to be a royal and the older example for these children to follow is uncouth behavior

So minor criticism, I feel like Celestia would ask how to feed them rather than if she could. Being the princess of equestria, I feel like she would have enough confidence to know that she can do it, she just needs to know how.
I don't mean just leave a criticism every chapter, But this is just a personal thing that I'd just like to get off my chest, I don't like The way you portrayed blueblood. Not saying he wouldn't be like that, just saying I don't like it. But Hey it's your story you do what makes you happy.

can you make a chapter where you describe the personality for everyone? like mentioning their stats?, after all that time I don't remember them really much.
Okay love at first sight can be good, but easily pretty bad too, I wait and see what happens.
I know you have four different main chars here, but once again it is the main char that get's the huge crush.
I mentioned already that I'm wary about love at first sight stuff, but I somewhat liked it, however it was a bit rushed, timeskip or not there is just not really much.
