Well this is certainly interesting to show the story HiE where the human is blind. I thing the approach is interesting and I will be looking forward to see more how the story is going to progress. Still, it is a little are to call it a HiE if the characters can't remember that he was at one time being a human. I am assuming that he will get his remember again soon so and we will see the comparison of his previous life, and the amnesia is supposed to to allow him to without any preconception or prejudges with interacting with other cultures. I will be looking forward to see more of this story soon. Good luck.

Thank you! And, the amnesia I've given to the main character will be a plot-point, however, it will be more of a long-term arc, rather than a short one.
I'll be keeping this on my read-later list. It looks like my kinda tale, and we always need more long-form narratives with original premises.
