8110381 lies! There's no such thing as a no shipper. There are only those who have found our holy calling, and those that wallow in their deafness to it!
This actually reminds me of two things I've sometimes pondered.
Number one: Pegasi are the most insular of the greater pony tribes. They may say Unicorns are snobs, but they're not the ones whose ancestral home is near-unlivable for non-winged ponies.
Number two: It's possible even non-Pegasi find large wings attractive. The reason for this is interbreeding between tribes. In cosmopolitan places like Ponyville, you will eventually get mixed families much faster than in enclaves like Cloudsdale. Even Canterlot has a fair number of non-Unicorns. That would also mean that, unfortunately, Scootaloo can't just date an Earth Pony or Unicorn. They'd also find big wings sexy even though they don't have any themselves.
