Still a fan of most fics involving Twilight, but not as new. Still a little wet behind the ears as an author though.

This story is a sequel to Princess of Shadows, Darkness, and Light

Dark times are falling on Equestria. Though the Moon Kingdom has returned, the Dark One is gathering his forces, preparing to strike out at the Princess of Friendship in order to lay claim to what belongs to Him.

It will take everything that Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Luna, and Nightingale has to win.

They will need it, for Twilight's sanity hangs in the balance.

The Guardian of Darkness comes, and his arrival will shake the foundations of Equus.

This story is a direct sequel to Princess of Shadows, Darkness, and Light. Reading of the prequel is not required, though is highly recommended.

All characters, save for original characters, belong to Hasbro. This story complies with Free Use laws.

*Gore rating for graphic content
*Sex tag for suggestive themes; there won't be any clop. I can't write clop; my mind is too twisted for it.

All joking aside, this wasn't bad, but with no prior knowledge to the stories that came before, it is easy to get lost.

The story is interesting and I did take a look at the prequel, and the problem is pulling in new readers on a fic that's based on one that's 130k words long.

You have some syntax mistakes, but other than that, this written rather well.

Yeah, you're likely to be confused if you don't read the other fics.

For the full story, you should read the first fic in the series. Here's a link to it.

Yes, I know that it has a high word count.

Sorry, but there's really nothing I can do about it; my muse loves world building.

If you want something with a different flavor, try this one. It's more humorous; better yet, it has a much lower word count.

my muse loves world building.

You don't know how much I understand. I'm going for the same thing honestly, though I'm only 23k in.

It was just a minor problem for those who don't want to read novelettes. I might start from the beginning, but I'm not a marathon reader. Five thousand words a day is usually my limit.

After taking a break from this series to read other stories, this is very much so, once more, confusing. :derpytongue2: So many character names I don't remember or vaguely remember.

Well, onward to adventure! I look forward to more chapters. I'm partially tempted to wait until this story is finished before reading any new chapters, but if I do that, then I might never get around to finishing reading this, assuming you finish writing it.

I've not noticed any mistakes which stood out in your writing. Keep up the good work!

Honestly, I need to write my own syllabus for all the names that this series has created. Sorry if it confuses you, but it really can't be helped.

As for finishing this story goes, once I really get started on it, it shouldn't take nowhere near as long as the other two did. Most of what I had planned for this one was originally supposed to be part of PSDAL. However, it really didn't fit all that well with Nightingale's story, even though part of this one will involve her.

I think I might have said too much there....

I have just binged the first two stories and have loved them!
Will this one be continued at some point? I can't wait to see what happens next.
Thank you for sharing your stories with us all.

As it happens, the next chapter is over two-thirds of the way done. I'm stuck on a few point that I have yet to resolve.

:yay: Yay update! It has been a while and I am glad to finally see this continuing.

Sadly I remember a grand total of... not much. I suppose I'll have to do some rereading sometime. Great to see this update though! I look forward to more.
