I wonder if this was what soured Luna's attitude toward Twilight in your other Lunadence stories. If this is the same continuity as them anyway.
First time I think it was Twilight who tried to get them going instead of Luna.

Hm, I'm not sure I'd describe them as Lunadence, maybe Lunadence friendshipping? It's not really romance between those two. But yes, this would be part of it: someone who she had always just been kinda okay with before (and is of an orientation incompatible) leading to this, and how she is seen, etc. A lot of little things, like their wildly differing personalities and even just their opinions and ideologies not matching up would easily sour what was once a neutral relationship.
There's a fair deal of both in stories, and I certainly haven't noticed more of either. Though, I think it usually is Twilight, based on what I've read.
Cadance eating ketchup chips and listening to industrial metal is something I never thought I'd read, but I like it.
Solid characterization, great dialogue, and nice, smooth prose. I like the way you write Luna. It's so different than most other versions of her I've read (and that's not including the orientation differences). Another solid piece from a spooky bastard.
